Skyborn Renewables and Dajin Heavy Industry have signed a contract for the supply of transition pieces for the Gennaker offshore wind project in the German Baltic Sea.
Skyborn Renewables welcomed the move into the delivery phase of the project. “We are excited to advance into the execution phase with Dajin,” said Patrick Lammers, CEO of Skyborn Renewables.
Dajin Heavy Industry said the agreement supports Europe’s broader shift toward clean energy. “This contract reflects our shared commitment to excellence and our contribution to Europe’s renewable energy transition,” said Jin Xin, Chairman of Dajin Heavy Industry.
According to both companies, the Gennaker project will have an installed capacity of up to 976.5 MW and is scheduled for commissioning in 2028. Once operational, it is expected to supply clean electricity to about one million households.
