Windward Offshore has received its first commissioning service operation vessel (CSOV), the Windward Athens, marking a key milestone in the company’s entry into the offshore wind service market, it said on Tuesday. Delivered by the Vard Brattvaag shipyard in Norway, the 87.5-metre vessel is designed for installation, commissioning, and maintenance work on offshore wind farms.
