Statkraft, a Norwegian energy company, and Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP), a Danish investment firm, have partnered to develop 2.2GW of offshore wind capacity in Ireland. CIP's fund, Copenhagen Infrastructure IV K/S (CI IV), will acquire a 50% stake in Statkraft's Irish offshore wind portfolio for an undisclosed price.
