Siemens Gamesa to Supply Turbines for 300MW Offshore Wind Farm in Collaboration with Hofor

, a wind turbine manufacturer, has recently secured a notable agreement with energy company Hofor. The agreement entails the supply of turbines for a substantial wind farm with a capacity of 300MW.

Under the terms of the agreement, Siemens Gamesa will provide 26 of its high-performance 11MW offshore wind turbines for the . Specifically, the company will be utilizing its SG 11.0-200 DD units for this project.

Hofor's decision to award Siemens Gamesa with the turbine agreement came after the project received approval through the Danish Energy Agency's Open Door scheme, which aims to promote sustainable energy initiatives.
