Koehler Renewable Energy and CMB Energy have established a joint venture, KB Renewables, with the goal of developing and operating wind power projects totalling 1 gigawatt (GW) of installed capacity by 2030. The new company, which was formally launched in April, is majority-owned by Koehler with an 80% stake, while CMB holds the remaining 20%.
