Romania’s Energy Regulatory Authority has approved the extended Setting Up Authorisation for the second phase of Rezolv Energy’s Vifor wind farm, the company said on Thursday, increasing the total planned capacity of the project to 461 megawatts (MW). The second phase will include 42 turbines and is scheduled to begin operations in the second quarter
