ABO Energy has received regulatory approval to construct a 165-megawatt (MW) wind farm with integrated battery storage in Alberta, Canada, the company said on Monday. The Alberta Utilities Commission (AUC) has granted a permit and licence for the Fox Meadows wind project, which will include up to 25 turbines and a 70MW/219MWh battery energy storage
