Specialist contractors have completed a 420-kilometre seabed survey for the export cable of the proposed 3.6-gigawatt Ossian floating wind farm, the developers said on Thursday. The month-long benthic survey covered 122 sites along the cable route, stretching from the offshore wind array located 84 kilometres off the Aberdeenshire coast to the landfall point in Lincolnshire.
