UK-based renewable energy developer Low Carbon has submitted planning applications for two onshore wind projects in Scotland, totalling 180 megawatts (MW) of proposed capacity, the company said on Thursday. The applications, made under Section 36 of the Electricity Act, were lodged with the Scottish Government’s Energy Consents Unit. They cover the 62MW High Brenfield Wind
