Greenvolt Power has reached an agreement to sell a portfolio of four wind farms in Poland to Enea Nowa Energia for a total of €83.3 million, as part of its ongoing asset rotation strategy.
The portfolio includes one operational project and three under development, with a combined installed capacity of 33.2 megawatts (MW). The Skibno wind farm, already in operation, is located in north-western Poland and has a capacity of 10 MW.
Three other wind farms—Zaklików (10 MW), Nowe Miasto Lubawskie (6.6 MW), and Jabłonowo Pomorskie (6.6 MW)—are currently under construction, with commercial operations expected throughout 2026. All projects are equipped with Vestas V110 turbines.
“This portfolio is at different stages of development,” said Radek Nowak, chief executive of Greenvolt Power. “The Skibno wind farm is operational, while the other three are under construction. Zaklików and Nowe Miasto Lubawskie are expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2026, and Jabłonowo Pomorskie by the end of next year.”
Enea Nowa Energia, part of the Enea Group, one of Poland’s largest energy companies, will take ownership of the assets as part of its strategic push toward renewable energy expansion.
Bartosz Krysta, vice-president of Enea’s management board for commercial affairs, said the deal supports the company’s long-term sustainability goals. “The agreement signed with Greenvolt Power is another step for Enea towards a strong, green future based on renewable energy sources,” he said. “We are consistently building our portfolio of renewable energy sources, investing in technologies that have a real impact on Poland’s energy security and environmental quality.”
Greenvolt, which operates a 13.2-gigawatt (GW) renewable energy portfolio across 18 countries, has focused on monetising projects at the ready-to-build or operational stages. The company aims to rotate 70–80% of its assets to fund ongoing development and growth.
“The sale of this portfolio of four wind farms once again confirms Greenvolt’s ability to execute and deliver large-scale renewable energy assets,” said João Manso Neto, chief executive of the Greenvolt Group. “It also demonstrates our expertise in enhancing and monetising them.”
This transaction follows two deals completed in April worth €250 million, which included the sale of the Sompolno hybrid project and the Pelplin wind farm—also to Enea Nowa Energia.
“This acquisition strengthens our presence in the large-scale renewable energy segment,” said Arkadiusz Arusztowicz, chief executive of Enea Nowa Energia. “Through acquisitions like this one, we are creating real value for the Enea Group, for the country’s energy transition, and ultimately for our customers.”
The purchase aligns with the Enea Group’s development strategy through 2035, which includes significant investments in renewable energy, energy storage, and grid modernization. The company plans to invest nearly PLN 107.5 billion (€25.3 billion) to meet its strategic goals.
