Work is set to begin on the multi-million-pound Scapa Deep Water Quay project in Holm on the Orkney Islands, a site earmarked as a key hub for offshore wind operations. Jones Bros Civil Engineering UK has partnered with Acciona in a joint venture to develop the site, following the award of a Pre-Construction Services Agreement
