CDWE has successfully installed the HL3 Offshore Substation (OSS) topside on the jacket structure for the 1GW Hai Long offshore wind project, located off the coast of Taiwan. This marks the completion of two offshore substations as part of the ongoing installation campaign for the wind farm, which began last year.

The installation was carried out by the vessel Green Jade, a key asset in the project’s execution.

CDWE highlighted the achievement as a result of “tireless dedication, seamless coordination, and exceptional teamwork,” adding, “A huge thank you to our #GreenJade team, HL project team, and client representatives onboard—your expertise and commitment made this success possible!”

Earlier this month, CDWE also commenced its 2025 construction campaign for the Hai Long offshore wind project, continuing its efforts to advance the development of this significant renewable energy initiative.
