Gore Street Energy Storage Fund plc has completed the energising of its remaining in-construction battery assets, which include a 75MW facility in Texas, USA, and a 57MW facility in the UK.
With the activation of the Dogfish battery in Texas and the Enderby battery in the UK, Gore Street's total energised portfolio capacity has now reached 753.4MW. The company stated that all of its assets are set to be revenue-generating by the first quarter of the upcoming financial year (FY25/26), which ends in June.
The newly energised non-GB (non-United Kingdom) assets now account for 61% of the total capacity in the portfolio, underscoring the company's strategy of international diversification.
This milestone highlights Gore Street's ongoing expansion in the global energy storage market, with the company continuing to build a portfolio of assets across key regions.
