European renewable energy company Green Genius has signed a financing agreement with Cordiant Capital to develop four solar power plants in Lithuania, marking the first project investment by Cordiant in the country. The combined total capacity of the four solar parks will be 32.6MW.
The partnership is expected to help accelerate Lithuania's efforts toward achieving energy independence, while also contributing to the European Union's renewable energy targets for 2030. Green Genius and Cordiant Capital aim to mobilize project financing that will support Lithuania's transition to cleaner energy.
