Solar developer OneEnergy Renewables has announced plans to construct two large-scale solar farms in Columbia County, Wisconsin, with a total capacity of approximately 165 MW.
The projects, named Good Oak (98 MW) and Gristmill (67 MW), will be developed through an asset purchase agreement with We Energies, Wisconsin Public Service Corporation (WPS), and Madison Gas and Electric Company (MGE).
OneEnergy will oversee development and construction, with the projects slated for completion and handover in 2026 and 2027.
The construction will involve union labor sourced from across the state, contributing to local employment.
A public benefit corporation, OneEnergy operates across the U.S., specializing in community solar, distributed generation, and utility-scale solar projects.
