Germany-based CMBlu Energy has received a EUR 30 million (USD 32.3 million) grant from the Greek energy ministry to support its plan to build a gigafactory in Greece by 2026. This funding aligns with the Greek government’s aim to integrate advanced battery energy storage systems (BESS) with renewable energy and reduce dependency on imported technologies.
