The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) will invest up to PLN 127.8 million (USD 31.9 million/EUR 29.3 million) in a green bond issuance by Poland-based company SA.

This PLN 530 million bond issuance aims to secure funding for capital expenditures in the development, construction, and operation of solar, wind, and projects.

As part of the agreement, R.Power has committed to investing an amount equivalent to the EBRD's financing into battery energy storage projects within the EBRD's areas of operation.

R.Power, a prominent developer of utility-scale solar projects, currently holds over 500 MW of solar capacity in operation, with a growing of projects at various stages of development and construction.
