UK-based investment firm Soho Square Capital announced a growth investment in Live Manage Facilitate Limited (LMF Energy Services), a company focused on renewable energy installations, including heat pumps, solar panels, electric storage heaters, and insulation.
Founded in 2016, LMF has completed more than 20,000 energy efficiency installations across the UK, primarily for low-income households funded by energy suppliers under the government's ECO4 scheme, regulated by Ofgem.
The partnership with Soho Square is intended to support LMF's growth, with plans to expand its renewable energy services under government schemes as well as broaden its private solar installation operations.
Soho Square Capital will also work with LMF to strengthen its operational structure and build on its experience in commercial and social housing projects.
Joe Tebbutt, principal at Soho Square Capital, remarked, “With its strong reputation with customers and national footprint making it an attractive supplier for larger projects, there is enormous scope to expand the business and we are excited to put our considerable experience in supporting SMEs to help LMF's continued growth.”
