Scout Clean Energy has announced a power purchase agreement (PPA) with the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC) to supply electricity from its 147.5-MW Gonzaga Ridge wind project, which is currently under construction in Merced County, California. Once operational, the Gonzaga Ridge wind farm is expected to generate enough electricity to serve approximately 385,000 customers
