KGAL klimaSUBSTANZ Acquires 9.6-MW Wind Farm in Northern Germany

KGAL klimaSUBSTANZ, a private investment fund established by & Co KG and Universal Investment, has acquired its first asset—a 9.6-MW wind farm currently under construction near Bliestorf in northern .

The Bliestorf facility will feature two wind turbines, each with a capacity of 4.8 MW, and is being developed by . The project is expected to be connected to the grid in the first half of 2025.

Investors in KGAL klimaSUBSTANZ will benefit from a secured feed-in tariff for 20 years following the commissioning of the wind farm.

The fund aims to develop a diversified portfolio across , focusing primarily on onshore wind and photovoltaic systems, with a targeted return of 4% to 5.5% per year after costs.
