Hy2B Wasserstoff GmbH has initiated testing of a 5-MW electrolyser in Pfeffenhausen, Bavaria, with plans for it to begin regular operations by the end of 2024, according to the Bavarian Ministry of Economic Affairs, Regional Development, and Energy. The electrolyser will utilize electricity sourced from a nearby 10-MW solar park operated by BuergerEnergie Niederbayern eG.
