Aream Group Sells 11 Solar Farms in Italy to LCF Alliance

German renewables investor has finalized the sale of a portfolio consisting of 11 solar farms in , totaling 10.6 MWp, to local independent power producer (IPP) .

The facilities, located in the southern region of Apulia, were developed and constructed between 2009 and 2011 and are managed by SolEs Zarasol GmbH, a German holding company.

Founded in 2017, LCF Alliance has established partnerships with investment funds in the Italian market, primarily focusing on small-scale solar plants with capacities around 1 MW. In 2024, the company transitioned into an IPP through a joint venture with a global financial investor.

LCF has successfully acquired and managed over 130 MW of solar capacity across 90 special-purpose vehicles in collaboration with various infrastructure funds.

Notably, in 2022, LCF acquired solar farms totaling 8 MWp from Aream in both and Apulia, further solidifying its presence in the Italian sector.
