Alcazar Energy Partners Partners with RP Global for 200MW Wind Power Project in Serbia

Alcazar has signed an agreement with to secure the rights for the development, construction, and operation of a 200 MW onshore wind power project, located east of Belgrade, Serbia. The project, named Celzijus 1, represents a capital investment of approximately US$300 million and is poised to become one of the largest wind farms in the Western Balkans.

In addition to the wind project, the deal includes a 768 MW pipeline of wind and solar initiatives in Serbia, with the acquisition expected to close by the end of this year. This transaction marks a significant milestone for Partners, as it works towards its goal of building US$600 million in renewable energy sites in Serbia, ultimately aiming to create the largest renewable energy platform in the region, targeting a total of $1.2 billion in assets.

Once fully operational, these projects are expected to generate over 1,700 GWh of clean energy annually, supporting 's transition to a and more sustainable energy future.
