has officially commenced operations of 's first and the world's largest 35 MW Six Degrees of Freedom and Drivetrain Back-to-Back Test Bench.

This advanced facility, located at the company's Wind Power Testing Center, is designed to simulate the full lifecycle of wind turbines, including stress testing up to 35 MW.

Developed using a 100% domestic supply chain, the test bench features six 100-tonne hydraulic cylinders that apply multi-directional loads across six degrees of freedom.

With a driving torque of 36 MNm and a bending moment reaching 80 MNm, the system is capable of replicating extreme weather conditions, including typhoon-level winds.

The bench accelerates fatigue tests to simulate 20 years of turbine operation within just one year, validating the performance of critical components such as generators, gearboxes, and main shafts.

This innovative testing approach is expected to enhance wind turbine reliability and efficiency, advancing China's sector.
