R.Power Renewables to Issue USD 89.8 Million in Bonds for Green Projects

Poland's R.Power Renewables announced its plan to issue secured bonds worth PLN 352.2 million (USD 89.8 million/EUR 81.9 million) to green projects.

The bond issuance is part of the group's PLN 1 billion program and is scheduled for placement around October 30.

The bonds will feature a variable interest rate of WIBOR 6M plus a margin of 3.50%. The funds raised will be allocated for the financing and refinancing of the development, , construction, and operation of green projects by R.Power's entities.

R.Power operates across the entire value chain of the photovoltaic (PV) market, encompassing project development, construction, and services.

The company is active in several countries, including Poland, Romania, Spain, , Germany, and the Netherlands, with a total of 839 MWp of capacity currently in operation or under construction.
