German renewable energy developers Enova and Altus Renewables GmbH have joined forces to repower old wind power facilities in Lower Saxony, increasing their combined capacity to 68 MW. Enova took over operations of the existing power plants in the municipalities of Jembke and Barwedel in early 2024, while Altus will act as the project developer.
