A consortium of investors has successfully acquired a 127MW operational wind portfolio in north-east France, marking one of the largest transactions of its kind in the country.
The acquisition includes 11 wind farms and involves key players such as Amundi Energy Transition, TTR Energy, Green Electricity Master Invest IV, and Hexagon Renewable Energy.
Amundi Energy Transition, which manages nearly €1 billion in assets, has secured a majority stake in the portfolio, while TTR Energy will assume management responsibilities for the wind farms.
Augusta & Co acted as the exclusive sell-side financial advisor for the transaction, which garnered interest from both strategic and financial investors.
The family office represented by Augusta & Co expressed satisfaction with the transaction's outcome, stating, “We are pleased with the successful completion of the transaction and are highly satisfied with the support provided by Augusta & Co. They combined in-depth market knowledge with strategic advice and always found pragmatic solutions.”
