Acciona Energia has successfully completed the construction of a 47MW hybrid renewable energy plant in , combining a 19.7MW array with the existing 26MW Peralejo wind farm.

Situated in Villalba del Rey and Tinajas, , this facility represents the company's second hybrid project, utilizing two renewable technologies at a single connection point to enhance grid efficiency.

The integration of solar and wind energy allows for a more reliable energy output by mitigating the impact of variable weather conditions.

This innovative approach not only increases the stability of renewable energy production but also reduces the environmental impact by eliminating the need for additional power lines, substations, and access roads.

The construction phase of the Peralejo project generated over 100 jobs at its peak. This hybrid initiative builds on Acciona Energia's previous projects, including the Escepar hybrid plant and the Bolarque solar facility, both located in the same vicinity.
