Elawan Energy has signed a power purchase agreement (PPA) with Google for a 37MW (dc) solar energy project in Texas, with commercial operations expected to begin in 2026. The agreement was facilitated through the LevelTen Energy Accelerated Process (LEAP), a platform co-developed by Google and LevelTen Energy to streamline the procurement of renewable energy PPAs.
