French power utility Engie SA has initiated construction of the 75-megawatt Grootspruit solar farm in South Africa’s Free State province, the company announced on Monday. Aurex Constructors and Ablon Construction have been selected as the preferred contractors for the project. Grootspruit is part of a two-project initiative with South African independent power producer Pele Green
