Eaglesledge Energy (ELE) announced on Tuesday that it has completed the first round of public consultations for its Belle Plaine Clean-Tech Energy Refinery & Solar Facility project in Saskatchewan, Canada. The project involves the construction of a clean-fuels refinery (CFR) with a capacity to process 30,000 barrels per stream day of low-sulphur light crude oil.
