Dong Fang Offshore (DFO) has been awarded a charter for a new Taiwan-flagged Commissioning Service Operation Vessel (CSOV) by Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP) for the 500MW Fengmiao 1 project in Taiwan.
