Vestas has announced a new order for 117 megawatts (MW) of wind turbine capacity for an undisclosed project in the United States. The order includes 26 V150-4.5 MW turbines.
The scope of the contract covers the supply, delivery, and commissioning of the turbines, along with a multi-year service agreement designed to ensure the optimal performance of the equipment.
Delivery of the turbines is slated to commence in the second quarter of 2025, with commissioning expected to be completed by the fourth quarter of the same year.
