Nextracker has announced its acquisition of Ojjo, a specialist in solar foundations, for USD 119 million (EUR 111.0m) in cash. This acquisition builds upon the existing collaboration between the two companies and is poised to enhance Nextracker's offerings in the utility-scale ground-mount projects sector.
