Negotiations between TenneT Holding and KfW bank, representing the German government, regarding the sale of TenneT Deutschland have ceased, the companies announced today. The discussions concluded after the German government cited budgetary constraints, informing the Dutch state that it could not proceed with the planned transaction, according to a statement from TenneT.
