Enfinity Global Expands US Footprint with Acquisition of 546MW Solar Assets in Colorado

Enfinity Global, a prominent player in the sector, has successfully acquired a significant portfolio of solar assets in , marking a strategic move to strengthen its presence in the . The deal, which involves the acquisition of 546 megawatts (MW) of solar assets under development from CS Energy, aligns with Enfinity Global's long-term business strategy in the US market.

The newly acquired portfolio encompasses three solar projects located in Colorado, a region renowned for its commitment to renewable energy. Colorado has set a mandate for 100% renewable energy generation by 2050, making it an attractive market for clean energy initiatives.

This acquisition is expected to yield a recurrent EBITDA (Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortization) of approximately $59 million annually, with investments secured from reputable counterparties. Construction of the solar sites is anticipated to commence within the next two years, further contributing to the state's renewable energy .

Enfinity Global, an independent power producer in the renewable energy sector, already boasts a global business with a capacity exceeding 17 gigawatts (GW). This includes a substantial 7.3GW of energy storage assets and 1GW of operational sites worldwide.

In the United States, Enfinity Global manages a diverse portfolio, encompassing 400MW and 28 solar power plants located in , Idaho, and North Carolina. Additionally, the company holds ownership of 6GW of solar and storage projects under development in various states across the country.

Ricardo Díaz, Chief Executive Americas of Enfinity Global, expressed the company's commitment to its long-term ownership business model, fostering partnerships with investors, stakeholders, and customers.
