EE North America Announces Sale of 350MW Solar Project in Texas to Osaka Gas USA Corporation

, a subsidiary of , has announced the sale of a 350MW utility-scale project in to Osaka Gas USA Corporation (OGUSA).

According to the agreement, the project is expected to become operational in 2025.

Lorena Ciciriello, CEO of EE North America, expressed satisfaction with the collaboration between the company, its investors, financial partners, and the local communities. She stated, “We take great pride in being trustworthy collaborators with our investors, financial partners, and the communities where we operate. Selling this project to OGUSA is part of our long-term strategy for growth, and we will continue to leverage our partnerships, share our expertise, and be a leading global force in promoting the green transition.”

OGUSA has been actively involved in the co-development and operation of utility-scale and distributed generation solar power plants in partnership with various US power generation and developers.

Through joint ventures with multiple developers, OGUSA has successfully expanded its renewable business pillar in the utility-scale and distributed generation market.

Additionally, OGUSA plans to further strengthen its asset management business by acquiring mid-stage power assets across the United States, independent of its existing partnerships.
