Ohmium International, a company that specializes in green hydrogen technology, has recently welcomed Andrea Nicolás to its board. This move comes in the wake of the company's successful Series C investment raise of $250 million in April.
Nicolás has several decades of experience as an advisor to executive management teams and Boards of Directors of US and global enterprises, offering expert counsel on critical business issues for start-ups, joint ventures, growth and mature companies. She brings with her deep experience in renewable energy, corporate finance, risk management, and corporate governance.
Nicolás also boasts a 25-year career at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher and Flom LLP, where she garnered several awards, including recognition as one of Latinvex's “Top 100 Female Lawyers in Latin America” for multiple years and The American Lawyer's “Dealmaker of the Year”. With a PhD in microbiology, Nicolás is well-suited to help Ohmium as it expands its footprint in the renewable energy sector and grows its technological leadership.
