Vestas has clinched a significant contract for a 63MW wind park project in Italy, the specifics of which are currently undisclosed.
Under the terms of the agreement, Vestas will provide and install 14 V150-4.5MW wind turbines, demonstrating its commitment to delivering cutting-edge technology tailored to the Italian market's requirements.

Additionally, a comprehensive 10-year Active Output Management 5000 (AOM 5000) service agreement is included to ensure optimal performance and reliability throughout the project's lifecycle.
Francesco Amati, Vestas' General Manager for Italy, emphasized the significance of this order, stating, “This order showcases the suitability of our latest models for the Italian market. We expect to see Vestas' 4MW platform continue making a strong contribution to Italy's energy transition over the coming years.”

Delivery of the turbines is slated for the first half of 2025, with commissioning scheduled for the latter half of the same year.
