Finnish steel manufacturer Outokumpu has announced its decision to raise its stake in the operational 45MW onshore wind farm, Puuska 2, owned by power company Rajakiiri Oy. Outokumpu's increased ownership will now amount to 19.9%, equivalent to nearly 9MW of the facility's capacity. The wind farm is situated near Outokumpu's steel plant in Tornio. Launched
