The Australian Renewable Energy Agency (ARENA) has announced that it will fund Reactive Technologies’ real-time inertia measurement technology Grid-Sonar™ trial with $1.43 million, in an effort to reduce curtailment of renewable generators and place downward pressure on wholesale power prices.
