London-based investment advisor LLP and Spanish asset manager SGIIC SAU have jointly announced the final close of their Italian vehicle, Bluefield Revive Italia I Srl. Launched in 2021, Bluefield Revive focuses on acquiring and revitalizing operational assets in that may be affected by technical, financial, subscale, or operational challenges.

The innovative fund has achieved its hard fundraising target of EUR 100 million (USD 108 million). Despite a challenging fundraising environment, the third close of the fund was oversubscribed.

Giovanni Terranova, Managing Partner, and Co-founder of Bluefield Partners LLP, highlighted the successful partnership with Arcano, stating, “Together we are tangibly proving that profits with purpose are possible. Harnessing complementary capabilities to set new standards in sustainable investment, extracting value from infrastructure while advancing sustainability.”

The accomplishment signifies a notable milestone in sustainable investment, demonstrating the viability of strategies focused on both profitability and positive environmental impact.
