French company Valorem has entered into a collaboration with Polish solar developer and contractor T&T Proenergy to jointly work on a 300-MW portfolio of photovoltaic (PV) projects in Poland.
The cooperation agreement, announced on Tuesday, is expected to fortify Valorem's presence in the European renewable energy Independent Power Producer (IPP) market. The partnership leverages T&T Proenergy's local market expertise and close collaboration with authorities.
While specific details regarding each company's role in the collaboration were not disclosed, the agreement is designed to cover the development of early-stage projects until they attain a ready-to-build status. Law firm Greenberg Traurig, representing Valorem, indicated that T&T Proenergy would oversee the investment process related to the schemes.
Roman Tabaka, President of T&T Proenergy, emphasized the partnership's contribution to advancing solar projects in Poland while aligning with shared values of environmental responsibility and innovation. The collaboration signifies a strategic move in the renewable energy sector, positioning both companies to contribute to Poland's solar energy landscape.
