Renewable energy firm Ameresco is set to embark on the construction of a cutting-edge Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) named Kifer Energy Storage, with a capacity of up to 50MW, in collaboration with Silicon Valley Power (SVP). The initiative aims to augment local area capacity, bolstering electrical system reliability and flexibility within SVP's service territory.
