Gonvarri Solar Steel, a leading Spanish manufacturer, has further solidified its presence in the UK solar market by signing a contract for the supply of fixed structures required for a 50-MW solar project in the country.
The agreement encompasses the delivery of 1,681 units of the company's RackSmarT dual-post fixed structures. This marks the 26th project in the UK to be equipped by Solar Steel over the past decade, underscoring its continued commitment to supporting the nation's solar energy infrastructure.
As a subsidiary of Gonvarri Industries, Solar Steel specializes in providing solar trackers and fixed structures for photovoltaic (PV) projects. The company has a significant global footprint, having completed deliveries for more than 20 GW of power generating capacity worldwide.
The latest contract reflects Gonvarri Solar Steel's dedication to contributing to the growth of renewable energy in the UK and further solidifies its position as a reliable supplier of solar infrastructure solutions.
